Pafilia has a wide range of properties for rent, from apartments to townhouses and villas. These are spread across the Paphos, Polis and Limassol areas and suit all budgets. Whatever your need, we aim to be able to satisfy it.

RENTALS OWNERS

Whether you are a property investor or an existing Pafilia property owner, we can manage the rental of your property to help you cover the costs of your holiday home. Your property will be marketed via our European agents and our local information offices, and the occupying tenants will be carefully selected prospective Pafilia buyers and families.

Whilst occupied, your property is cleaned weekly with a laundry service provided; the property is also checked after every rental. By renting out your property you will be able to cover your communal maintenance expenses and be able to earn a return on your investment, depending on occupancy rates.

To accept your property for rental however, it needs to be well-furnished and to meet the minimum inventory standards of our rental properties. This includes TV, air-conditioning units and a complete set of furniture, fittings and electrical appliances.
