Terms and conditions

This prize draw is open to all couples aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their families) of the Pafilia group of companies, its associated companies, its partners, retailers and agencies.

The prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.

The Closing Date for the prize draw will be 23:59 hours Cyprus time on Wednesday 10th February 2010.  Entries received after this day and time will not be entered.  Entries must not be submitted in bulk or through agents or third parties and any such entries will be invalid. Pafilia Rentals will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed or lost in transmission.  All entries are the property of Pafilia Rentals and will not be returned.

Only one entry per person and per email address.

The Winner will be the first entry randomly selected by Pafilia Rentals from all the entry submissions received by the Closing Date in respect to this Promotion.  The prize draw will take place on the 11th February 2010.  Pafilia Rentals’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The Winner will be notified by telephone.

No cash or other alternatives to the prize are available; the prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and the prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning entry submission.  If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted by telephone after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, or if any winning entry is subsequently disqualified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Pafilia Rentals reserves the right to either award the relevant Prize to the next best entry selected or to re-offer such Prize in any future Promotion, without liability.  Pafilia will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.

There is one prize consisting of: 3 nights’ accommodation for a couple, 3 course dinner at La Spaghetteria restaurant for a couple including cocktail, (not including other drinks), Limousine transfer from the accommodation to the restaurant and return to the accommodation after dinner. Please note that flights to Cyprus are not included in the offer.

The winning couple will be responsible for their own travel to and from the accommodation and all other expenses.

Pafilia Rentals reserves the right to photograph and use the name and pictures of the Winners for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the Winner hereby consents to the same.

Events may occur that render the event itself or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Pafilia Rentals and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof.  Pafilia Rentals reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value, should this prove necessary.

By entering the prize draw, all entrants confirm they have read accepted and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions, form part. 
Pafilia Rentals reserves the right to refuse entry of, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
